As you all know, the Outbreak situation is changing day by day, we request you to read the below and cooperate with our delivery team/customer care team to enable us to continue the services during this period.

*Inform customer care in advance if you/someone at your address are in self isolation, so that delivery team can leave the bags outside and call you to collect once they finish the delivery*
*Delivery notification - Please check updates on your mobile and answer the calls during the delivery without fail to help us make the intime deliveries*
*Cancellations/Returns - no returns accepted after delivery. Please ensure order is placed for the right products/quantity as this is making out of stock to other customers due to high demand*

Communication  - Any queries should be sent via Whatsapp to our customer care team. All concerns will be answered without fail, but there could be some delay due to the high volume of requests coming through. Please be advised, not to hold delivery team as they need to provide the services to other customers with no impact, Any questions/queries please contact customer care. Preferably via Whatsapp message.

Shipments and returns

We endeavour to ship your order by the week end - subject to Bank Holidays and/or other national holidays.

Please note: Deliveries will be done during the following slots Monday - Friday between 4:30:00 PM to 10:00 PM, Saturday between 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Sunday between 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Deliveries will be made available as required every week by Get basket team and will be available for user selection when completing the orders.

All Fresh Produce is 'bought to order' and are subject availability - it cannot be cancelled after we have procured them for you.

Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with our service and products. If, for any reason you are not entirely happy - please tell us.

To request a refund or replacement please contact us first by email or telephone. We may require you to return the goods, at your cost, to us for inspection. GetBasket will not be liable for returned goods that are lost or damaged in transit and recommend that you obtain proof of posting.

Refunds will only be given in accordance with your legal rights on the above products. If your product is faulty, damaged or unfit for purpose, please report this to us within 24-hours of receipt for Fresh Produce and within 7 days for Groceries and Non perishable items. Please note you will be asked to provide photographic evidence of any damaged goods.

Refunds will only be made via the credit/debit card used for the original transaction or the refund amount will be added to your wallet which can be used when placing your next order. Refunds will have post and packing charges deducted. Where an order qualified for free post and packing, we will deduct our post and packing costs from the refund. We reserve the right to deduct any other charges incurred by us such as credit card transaction fees, picking/packing costs, restocking costs, packaging material and return postage fees.

Any uncollected packages that are returned to us, which included fresh fruit and/or vegetables, will require inspection before any refund can be offered. Other products which may be stained or damaged by the fruit and/or vegetables will be omitted from the refund.

Any goods despatched by us in error remain the property of GetBasket. If you receive any goods by mistake, that weren't ordered, please contact us immediately to arrange for us to collect them.
